Inspection of pneumatic winch before use

Pneumatic winch is a prime mover with compressed air as working medium. It is a power device that uses the expansion effect of compressed gas to convert pressure energy into mechanical energy. Before using the pneumatic winch, the following inspection work should be done:
1. Fixed
If the pneumatic winch is not fixed firmly, it will easily lead to the equipment being pulled out.
2. Arrangement of wire ropes
The shield is complete and intact, with rope bars; The wire ropes are arranged neatly, without twisting, breaking strands, breaking wires, flattening, corrosion and other phenomena, and cannot be directly connected with oil derrick.
3. Air brake
The foot and handbrake of the pneumatic winch are reliable and flexible to operate. Oil stains and other media affecting brake braking are prohibited on the brake drum.
4. Hook
Use special rotatable self-locking hook, no crack, deformation and serious wear, safety lock pin can be closed automatically or the opening cannot exceed 8mm.
